Washington County Commuter Express offers new schedule, new bus stops, and a “Try it Free” program
Jan. 24, 2014 College News - The Washington County Commuter Express has made several changes to its schedule and routes to better serve employees at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
Based upon feedback from staff, a new schedule was released this month that offers additional express coach service routes to our campus. The complete schedule can be downloaded at www.mrmccampus.org/wcce. In addition, new stops were added on 87th Street to meet customer demands. See map below for details.
In coordination with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and to promote the new offerings, Washington County Commuter Express is offering a round trip ticket to staff who lives in Washington County and work at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center or Research Park. They are confident that once you try it, you are going to love it!
Tickets may be picked up at the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center office located in the Children’s Corporate Center, Suite 165. Please bring your employee ID with you. Only one round trip ticket per staff member will be distributed. Hurry – supplies are limited! For more information call MRMC at: 778-5442.
Emergency Ride Home Program: As with any of the alternative transportation programs offered at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, if something unexpected occurs and you need to leave work before the return shuttle arrives, a free ride home is available to you. Simply call 1-800-ZOO-0003 (option 5) to have a ride arranged for you.
