Dr. Salami attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria for undergraduate and medical training. He completed his residency training in Psychiatric Medicine at the University of Virginia Roanoke-Salem Program in Roanoke, Virginia. He joined the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland where he completed fellowships in Behavioral Neurology/Neuropsychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry.

Dr. Salami’s academic interests include neuropsychiatric correlates of neurologic diseases, memory disorders and sleep medicine.

Dr. Salami sees patients at the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Froedtert Hospital Campus, Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Community Memorial Hospital Campus and the Behavioral Health Center at the Tosa Center.
