Our prospective NDP students typically have a strong background in the sciences, particularly biology, chemistry, biochemistry, physiology, psychology or neuroscience. Our students usually have strong GPAs and GREs and most have research experience related to neuroscience. Started program in 2012
My research will focus on expanding our understanding of the neural populations and pathways that underlie both drug and non-drug rewards. By using transgenic mouse models, I will be able to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms of addiction.
