About the MPH Degree Program

The Master of Public Health Degree Program offers coursework toward a 42-credit Master of Public Health degree or 15-credit Graduate Certificate in Public Health. Students may also enroll in courses as non-degree-seeking students. Courses are offered in a convenient, distance-learning format; all can be completed online. Housed within the Institute for Health and Society, the MPH program’s mission is closely aligned with the Institute’s as well as the mission of the Medical College of Wisconsin. The MPH program provides a major component of these broader missions to advance the health of the public.

The MPH Program was established in 1986. It has had a highly successful history of helping students reach their educational goals, increase their knowledge, and further their careers.
