Brain Health Awareness Month Display

Inside Display Case

March is National Brain Injury Awareness Month.   When we think about health and fitness, we usually think about our bodies from the neck down, however, the brain plays a critical role in all we do.  Emerging evidence suggests there are things we can do to facilitate a healthy brain. Tips on maintaining and improving brain health are on display in the interior case of the Todd Wehr Library.  Stop by and take a look at some surprising ways to keep your brain healthy.   Daily puzzles are also available for you to take and challenge yourself with.
