Your LDL cholesterol goal is < 100 if you have established coronary heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, diabetes, or a calculated 10-year risk for CHD of > 20%.

LDL-P and Homocysteine are better predictors of heart disease and heart attack. We need cholesterol and now that the new calculators are out, cholesterol will be suppressed even more and cholesterol is not the whole story to heart disease. Maybe you could make this more holistic.
