NPI Application Guide

Prepared by the Office of Graduate Medical Education The National Provider Identifier (NPI) is the new numeric identifier that is being assigned to physicians and other health care providers by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Professional Liability

MCWAH provides professional liability insurance for the residents and fellows it employs. Residents and fellows who are not licensed in Wisconsin are covered by MCWAH’s corporate policy.
