Project Goal Statement: This project aims to develop a curriculum that will include structured, age appropriate activities to improve the nutritional and exercise behaviors of pre-school, school age, teen, and adult caregivers to prevent or lower the risks of health and lifestyle problems that are related to overweight, obesity, poor diet, and lack of exercise.
